I graduated in 2001 from University College Dublin. I worked in mixed practice in Armagh for 4 years. While I enjoyed working with large animals, I realised as I gained experience my real love was companion animal medicine and surgery - especially soft tissue. To develop my small animal skills further I moved to England where I worked in a small animal practice in Stoke-on-Trent before returning home in 2006 to join Millburn Veterinary Practice. Since starting at Millburn, I have loved being part of the team. I have enjoyed the opportunity in our tight-knit practice to get to know both the clients and pets well and follow cases through, offering continuity that I feel is very important.
When I’m not working I spend most of my time with my family, including Teddy our Jack Russell Terrier. We enjoy going for walks along the beautiful North Antrim Coast.
